Project Selection
Judges have reviewed all of the projects submitted to the STEM Fair and have selected the ones they would like to move forward to the interview phase.
To determine if you have been selected for the interview phase, please select your grade below and look for your name or project.
Please check all the categories at your grade level, as your project may have been re-categorized from the original category you selected.
Interview Directions and Requirements
If your name/project appears on your grade list, you have been selected for an interview. If it does not appear on your grade list, you have not been selected. The judges' decisions are final.
If your project has been selected for an interview, please read the following information and follow the requirements:
- You will click on the zoom link at least 10 minutes prior to your interview time. Please note that you might have to wait in the zoom waiting room for several minutes.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late to your interview, you will forfeit your interview slot, and you will not be eligible for an award.
- Once you log onto zoom, rename yourself according to your PROJECT CODE (ex. 06-BHS-00) and replace your background with a STEM Fair background (will be posted to the www.stemfair.net site)
- You will have a quiet space to have a conversation with the judges.
- You will leave the video ON at all times during the interview.
- You will have your project slide deck open during the interview. The judges might want to refer to a specific slide.
- If you are having technical difficulties and cannot access the zoom call, please text 510-600-5152 with your name, project code and the issue you are having.
